The process for a Group

Visioning:
Center in Oneness – deeply feel and know our oneness
Anchor in Love – evoke an experience of unconditional love to set the feeling tone

Open to the Vision – ask the following questions:

  1. What is the highest vision for this center/community? (or for whatever project forwhich you may be visioning)
  2. What must be released for the highest idea to unfold?
  3. What must be embraced for the unfolding of this vision?
  4. What must I (we) become to be an avenue through which this vision is fulfilled?
  5. Is there anything else to be revealed at this time?

Note: Allow 3-4 minutes of silence after each question, allowing time for participants to record what they receive after each question.

Commit to the Vision – declare our willingness to BE the vision, commit to the sacred “YES!” Give Thanks & Release – move into gratitude for this willingness and release the vision knowing

it is already complete.
Journaling – allow a few moments for participants to record additional insights. Sharing – each person shares (No analyzing, strategizing, planning, or judging).

A few of the many ways to share:

  •   Everything-at-once – Each person takes turns sharing their notes from all of the questions.
  •   Question-by-question – Each person shares their notes from the first question. Onceeveryone shares, then move to the second question and so on until sharing is complete.
  •   Insights/Take-aways – Each person reviews what has been revealed through them duringthe visioning process and shares one to three of the revelations they feel are the most insightful.

Prayer/Closing – anchor the willingness of all to change and grow into a vibrational match for the vision.
